After dedicating over nine years to a rewarding career as a cardiac nurse, I found myself yearning for a better balance between my professional life and time at home with my children. The COVID-19 pandemic intensified this desire, with long, grueling shifts sometimes lasting up to 21 hours. These experiences led me to reflect deeply on my work-life balance and seek a way to stay home more while continuing to positively impact my community's health.

I've always been a firm believer in the power of nutrition to enhance health and well-being. This passion naturally steered me towards microgreens—tiny, nutrient-packed greens brimming with health benefits. What began as a hobby quickly blossomed into a fulfilling business venture, allowing me to merge my love for health and wellness with the comfort of working from home.

Situated in the heart of the greater Atlanta area, specifically in Lilburn, GA, I founded Pure Sprout Microgreens. Our mission is straightforward: to elevate the health and well-being of our community through sustainably grown, high-quality microgreens. We believe that fresh, locally grown produce has the power to transform both meals and lives.
