I’m Veronica Gomez. I started Pure Sprout after years as a cardiac nurse, where I saw firsthand how nutrition plays a vital role in health and healing. Now, I grow nutrient-rich microgreens to help people like you take small steps toward big, lasting wellness.

Why I Started This . . .

After long hospital shifts and the challenges of the pandemic, I wanted to help people take charge of their wellness at home. Microgreens became my way of doing that—connecting health, food, and community in a simple and meaningful way.

Today, Pure Sprout is built around helping you take those same small steps toward a healthier, more vibrant life.

When I’m not growing greens, I’m spending time with my husband and two boys, working on my aquarium, and cheering for all of us building healthier habits one sprout at a time. 🌿
